Overview

Composa integrates seamlessly with leading Email Service Providers (ESPs), allowing you to export your email templates directly to your sending platform with just one click.

Supported Integrations

Composa currently supports the following ESPs:

• Braze - Customer engagement platform

• Iterable - Growth marketing platform

• Marketo (Adobe Marketo Engage) - Marketing automation platform

Getting Started

All ESP integrations are configured in a single, centralized location:

1. Navigate to Settings > Integrations

2. Find the ESP you want to connect

3. Click Connect and follow the setup steps (see individual setup guides below)

4. Enter your API credentials and save

Using Your Integrations

Once you've connected an ESP, exporting templates is straightforward:

1. Open a template in the editor

2. Click the Export button in the toolbar

3. Select Export to [Your ESP]

4. Your template is created as a new email template in your connected ESP account

Multiple Integrations

You can connect multiple ESPs simultaneously. This is useful if you send campaigns across different platforms or want to maintain templates in multiple systems. Each integration is managed independently in Settings > Integrations.

Disconnecting an Integration

To disconnect an ESP:

1. Go to Settings > Integrations

2. Find the ESP you want to disconnect

3. Click Disconnect

Disconnecting an ESP will remove the connection but will not affect templates already exported to that platform.

Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues connecting to an ESP, verify that:

• Your API credentials are correct and active

• Your API key has the necessary permissions for email template management

• Your API credentials have not expired

• Your Composa account has sufficient permissions
